Balenciaga Case Study

For my PR capstone course, we had to do a case study on a recent public relations crisis, research how they handled it, and analyze if they were able to make a comeback yet. My group chose to do the project on Balenciaga and the scandal surrounding their 2022 "Gift Collection. They came under fire for using sexually inappropriate messaging and themes in a children's holiday campaign. Stakeholders and the general public threw out their products and boycotted buying any additional items. We used the PAGE principles to analyze Balenciaga's decision-making, using data from engagement and social media posts to back up our claims. Here is a link to our full report!
